All our rates do NOT include Park Fees. All items of personal use i.e. laundry, telephone
calls, drinks, personal travel insurances etc are not included in our rates. We reserve
the right to change rates without notice. All rates are subject to change but rates

Supplements

The supplement of US$ 50 per person per night is applicable for the following dates:
Christmas period (Dec.24th,25th and 26th), New Year's
Eve (Dec.31st) and New Year's Day (Jan.1st).

Payment Terms

Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. Non-refundable deposits may also
be requested. All our rates are inclusive of VAT, Training Levy and Service Charge.
We reserve the right to change rates without notice. All rates are subject
to change but rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.

Cancellations

The guest is entitled to cancel the bookings by so notifying us. In the case when the
guest has cancelled the bookings in whole or in part due to causes for which the guest
is liable, the cancellation charges will be levied as listed below. The percentage signifies
the rate of cancellation charge to the total cost.
